Exchanges

We only offer exchanges in the following situations:

1. Incorrect item or size sent by us
If we make a mistake and send you the wrong item or size, we will send you a replacement pair free of charge.

2. Defective item
If your item arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will review the issue and, if approved, arrange a replacement.

Customer Size Selection

Please make sure you select the correct size when placing your order. A size guide is available on each product page below the price to help you choose the right size.

If you select the wrong size yourself, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.

No Refunds

We do not provide refunds for:

• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Change of mind
• Incorrect product selected by the customer
• Products that no longer fit due to personal preference
• Any other reason unrelated to an error or defect on our part
